Are You Eligible for the Spanish Digital Nomad Visa?

To qualify for the Digital Nomad Visa in Spain, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Remote Work: Be employed by a company outside of Spain or be self-employed, with no more than 20% of your income coming from Spanish clients.

  • Educational or Professional Qualifications: Hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution, or have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Income Requirement: Show that you earn at least €2,763 per month (200% of Spain's minimum wage in 2025).

  • Clean Criminal Record: Provide a certificate of no criminal record from the countries where you’ve lived in the past five years.
