3. License and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Guide for personal purposes only.

  • You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or provide access to the Guide to any third party who has not purchased it.

  • Unauthorised sharing or reproduction is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

We actively monitor for unauthorised use and distribution of the Guide. If such activity is identified, we reserve the right to revoke access to the Guide without refund and pursue further action as necessary.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • The price for the Guide and Document Checking Service is clearly stated at the point of purchase.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of the Guide and service commencement.

  • All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the E-Guide and the time invested in the document checking service, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where no service has commenced and the E-Guide has not been accessed.
